UK Delivery
All my prints are dispatched directly from my specialist printers in plastic free packaging where possible.
I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. They are sent using RoyalMail 48 service as standard. Express shipping is available using the RoyalMail 24 Service, but please note, this does not speed up the print production times, just the delivery speed.
Framed prints have a longer production time of 3-5 working days.

International Shipping
Currently, I am only shipping to UK based customers from my website. International shipping is available from my etsy shop.
Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
All my prints are made to order, therefore, I do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch and I will do what I can to rectify the problem.
Changes to your order can be made within the first 2 hours of placing the order.
Order cancellations need to be made within the first 2 hours of ordering also.

DAMAGES & QUALITY ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect and I will help to get the problem resolved.
